Yallingup Luxury Extension
This project is in the final design stage
My Exmouth-based clients bought the property ten years ago. Since then, they’ve rented it on Airbnb when they weren’t there, soaking up the down south sunshine and living the Yallingup lifestyle.
the brief
A contemporary Hampton style 530m2 home extension to a 3 x 2 bush cottage to create a dream home for my client’s retirement. The additions included a granny flat, a large boat shed and a nature pool.

A stunning bushland site with established trees and gardens in a tranquil cul de sac in Yallingup.
the design
The ‘all white’ design rendered extensively in 3D shows how old and new blend seamlessly into one elegant, liveable luxurious whole.
key design features
A mind-blowing kitchen made for entertaining and featuring a gigantic 5m x 2m island bench. There’s a hidden entry through full-height cabinet doors to the central kitchen and scullery.
Raking ceilings with large triangular windows for bushland views and direct sunlight filtered through the trees.
Versatile and cosy indoor and outdoor living with three fireplaces, four separate outdoor entertainment areas, a stone benchtop bar and a servery with access to the built-in alfresco barbecue.
External claddings are classic Hampton style white painted cement boards, with feature stone cladding to the chimneys.
Decking and steps are composite, low-maintenance boards with high fire rating properties.
Floors are locally sourced hardwood timber.
Benchtops are white Caesar stone.

A luxurious, light-filled dream home that sits beautifully in its bushland setting. A super effective test of 3D rendering to evoke the spirit of place and illustrate the design to perfection.
