Our unconventional designs showcase how your building structure will come out. 3D rendering of exterior and interior elevations provide a clear understanding of the final building structure. We recently engaged Ciaran to complete working drawings for our holiday house and have been extremely happy with our decision. He has always been very accommodating to our requests, has met all time frames required and nothing has ever been too much trouble for him. We recently worked with Ciaran from Passive Homes for the design and drafting of our dream home. His knowledge of not just design but of the building process and all the trades involved helped us to make practical and smart decisions. But one of the best parts of going with Ciaran was the 3D walk-through technology he uses for the plans. Having a 3D model of the house was so valuable through the design process as we were able to get a real feel for the flow of the house and picked up on some important changes before a shovel hit the ground ultimately saving us money and making our home better. We also could download the software onto our iPad and show our friends and family the 3D model too which was so fun. We highly recommend working with Ciaran for your build project!
